Brewing Instructions

Hot Tea: Put 1.5 tsp of loose-leaf tea per (8oz/230ml). Pour freshly boiled water over the tea, and steep for 6-8min. Milk & Sugar are not recommended.

Iced Tea: Put 9 tsp of loose-leaf tea into a teapot. Pour 315ml of freshly boiled water over the tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Quarter-fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into a serving pitcher, add ice, and top up with cold water. Garnish & sweeten to your taste.
