Brewing Instructions

Hot Tea: Put one teaspoon in the teapot for each 10-16oz/285-450ml of water. Briefly infuse with freshly boiled water and then pour off. Re-infuse the tea and pour after 1 minute. The tea may be re-infused several times. Garnish and sweeten to taste.

Iced Tea: Put Six teaspoons into a teapot. Pour 315ml of freshly boiled water over the tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Quarter-fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into a serving pitcher, add ice, and top up with cold water. Garnish & sweeten to your taste.
